Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are free of pet hair or odor to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
